FIX Day Cream and FIX Night Cream use 30 mL refill pods. Keep the outer vessel and replace the pod when it is time for more. FIX Cleanser is different. On subscription, you receive a full 100 mL replacement bottle rather than a refill pod.

WHY A POD?
Because only one part of a bottle of cream ever actually runs out. We separated that part from the rest.
One part stays. One part is replaced.
The vessel is made to be kept, so a refill does not ask you to buy another one.
The pod ships on its own, in a smaller carton than the full vessel.

The vessel is the object you actually handle: reusable glass with decorative gold beads, weighted in the hand, closing properly, carrying the pump. It houses the pod and it stays where it lives: on the shelf, or the nightstand.
There is one for the day cream and one for the night cream. Both arrive with their first pod already inside.

WHY “POD”?
Le Pois is the pea. The protein comes from the pod, and so, as it happens, does the cream. The name was not applied to the packaging afterwards; the packaging followed the name.

What is a refill pod?
A 30 mL pod of cream that sits inside the reusable vessel. It is the product without a second vessel.
What is the reusable vessel?
The reusable glass outer container, finished with decorative gold beads: weighted, closing, and carrying the pump. It houses the pod and is designed to be kept. It ships with FIX Day Cream and FIX Night Cream, with the first pod already inside.
How does the pod fit into the vessel, and how do I replace it?
Open the vessel and remove the empty pod, set the new pod in, then twist the pod into the cap.
How often do I replace the pod?
Approximately one month of daily use at two pumps a day. Replenishment ships every 28 days and can be paused at any time.
Is the formula inside the pod the same formula?
The same formula, the same 30 mL, the same pea albumin protein. Only the packaging differs.
Can I use the pod without the vessel?
No. The pod has no pump of its own; the vessel provides it.
Do Day Cream and Night Cream use different pods?
Yes. Each pod carries its own cream and fits its own vessel. They are not interchangeable.
Are pods included with the full-size products?
Yes. FIX Day Cream and FIX Night Cream ship in the vessel with their first pod inside. Refill pods are bought afterwards.
Are refill pods included in The Trifecta?
No. The Trifecta is the three full products in the presentation case. Refill pods are bought separately, once you own the vessels.
Can I buy a vessel on its own?
A vessel-only listing is not currently offered. The vessel comes with the full-size product.
Is there a FIX Cleanser refill pod?
No. On subscription, FIX Cleanser arrives as a full 100 mL replacement bottle.
