Welcome to Le Pois Inc. These Terms of Service (‘Terms’) govern your access to and use of our website (www.lepois.com), our Shopify-powered online store, and any other services we provide (collectively, the ‘Services’). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. About Le Pois Inc.
Le Pois Inc. is a premium skincare company incorporated under the laws of Alberta, Canada, with its principal place of business at 4085 2nd Ave S, Lethbridge, AB, T1J 1Z2. Our products are sold directly to consumers through our website and through authorized third-party marketplaces including Amazon.ca and Amazon.com.
2. Eligibility

If you are purchasing on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Account Registration

4. Products & Descriptions
We take great care to ensure that product descriptions, images, and ingredients are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are entirely error-free. Colours and textures may appear differently on various screens. If a product you receive is not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Our skincare products are intended for external use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Individual results may vary. We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full-face or body application. If you have a pre-existing skin condition, are pregnant, or are taking medication, consult a dermatologist or healthcare professional before introducing new skincare products.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices on our Shopify website (www.lepois.com) are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Prices displayed on our Amazon.com storefront are listed in US dollars (USD). Prices displayed on our Amazon.ca storefront are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Prices are subject to change without notice. Le Pois Inc. reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a pricing error.
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods available through our payment processors. Payment is processed at the time of checkout. Your order will not be confirmed until payment has been successfully authorized.
Applicable taxes (including GST/HST) will be calculated and applied at the checkout based on your shipping address and applicable Canadian tax regulations.
6. Ordering & Contract Formation
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from Le Pois Inc. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance; your order is accepted when we ship the product and send you a shipping confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details regarding delivery timelines, carriers, and shipping costs. Le Pois Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our reasonable control (including, but not limited to, natural disasters, postal disruptions, or public health emergencies).

Our Return & Refund Policy, available on our website, is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Please review it carefully before making a purchase.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, product photography, logos, branding, and design elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of Le Pois Inc. or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content without our prior written permission.
10. Prohibited Conduct
When using our Services, you agree not to:
